The All Blues Rugby Club is seeking Assistant Coaches to support our 15s program for the 2025–2026 competitive season, which runs from September 2025 through USA Rugby Nationals in late May or early June 2026 (exact dates TBD). This is a unique opportunity to join a legacy program and play a key role in shaping its future at the highest levels of domestic competition.

About the Club
Founded in 1978, the All Blues are one of the most successful and storied women’s rugby clubs in the United States, with 15 national championships across 15s and 7s. Our club includes over 60 dedicated athletes—from national-level players to those newer to the sport—who thrive in an environment that values inclusion, accountability, growth, and competitive excellence.
As we enter the 2025–2026 season, the All Blues are excited to field both D1 and D3 sides in the hybrid NCRFU league. While our D1 team will serve as the flagship squad competing for a national title, our D3 team will continue its vital mission of player development, competitive experience, and fostering future leaders of the sport.
